BCBS usually hands out glucose tabs at the Kansas School Nurse Conference They are willing to mail them this year. Please try to get one person from each district to order for the whole district. I will order for Wichita Public Schools and let you know when I receive them.
The email I got from BCBS states:
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas has a supply of glucose tablets they are offering to distribute, free of charge, to interested schools. These are ReliOn tablets, 10 tablets per tube, with 6 tubes in a package. They are unopened and the expiration date is January 2021.
They will be distributed on a first come, first served basis until the supply is gone.
